Lebanon R-3 Back-to-School Guide: Registration, Schedule Pickups, Physicals, Open Houses and Important Dates

The first day of school is quickly approaching for Lebanon families, with classes beginning Tuesday, Aug. 25.

From online registration and schedule pickups to sports physicals, immunizations and open houses, here are the important dates and information parents need to know before students head back to class.

Online Registration Due Aug. 14

Online registration and open enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year is now open.

The district is asking families to complete registration by Friday, Aug. 14, giving staff enough time to process enrollment updates before the start of school.

Registration is required for every Lebanon R-3 student, including both returning and newly enrolled students.

Registration must be completed online through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

The district recommends using a computer for the best registration experience, although registration can also be completed on a mobile device.

Sports Physicals and Immunizations Available Aug. 12

Jordan Valley Health Services will be at Lebanon Middle School Wednesday, Aug. 12, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to provide sports physicals and immunizations for students.

The event gives families an opportunity to take care of those needs before the school year begins.

Parents of incoming 8th grade students should also remember that students are required to have their Tdap and Meningococcal (MCV) vaccines before beginning eighth grade.

Jordan Valley Health Services is partnering with Lebanon Middle School to provide the services conveniently for local families.

Several Lebanon R-3 buildings will welcome students and families for open houses on Thursday, Aug. 20.
